”As I grow older, I pay less attention to what men say. I just watch what they do” – Andrew Carnegie

God morning WordPress people!

Hope you all had a great weekend. Not me. Headache, running nose and fever. For the second bloody time this month. Seriously, what’s up with my immune system? It seems like my hardcore exercise and healthy food makes it just worse. Maybe I should get back to pizza and candy? Less worries…

I really do have to start using this quote in real life. Every one of us, can talk and promise things, but it’s the action that reveals if people wish you good or bad. Or care about you in general.

Anyways, I am gonna try to drink as much tea as I can and get ready for work.

  1. I have heard pineapple is good and has awesome Vitamin C and also, I like to drink a lemon ginger green tea mix with just a touch of honey when I am feeling sick. I think I have that almost exact same tea seep contraption.

  2. The quote is really nice. I so connect to it right now.

P.S. – Try ginger tea. Works well when down with cough and cold. :)

  3. I doubt the healthy food would be hurting. It could be that your body is just releasing a lot, and I have heard health practitioners say that’s common.

  4. hope you feel better – and while it is not always an option – what REALLY helps me heal up is a clove or two of fresh garlic – crushed and added to a 1/2 cup of hot water. really potent – and then a few crackers to help carry it through the body – but as I am sure you know with all your health stuff – well garlic is a natural antibiotic and the allicin is amazing.

anyhow, liked your tea photo – at first it looked like a giant safety pin in a mini cup – ha ha – and then I saw the tea strainer… :)

    • yeah, I’ve been eating garlic since last week, but it doesn’t really help anymore… thanks for the tip anyways! Glad you liked my pic! all the best :)
